The Passionately Casual Tip of the Week:
Planetary Heroics in 4.0
Are you done with the story content or maybe you want to savor it by not rushing through? Okay either way is great, but you are thinking now what? In game update 4.0 there is no shortage of things to do. One of the updated systems I have had the pleasure of trying is the new weekly heroic missions. These are the same planet heroic missions before 4.0, but some of the benefits have revisiting these missions a joy.
The heroics had a knack of being hard to find and also needing to unlock them etc etc. However, in 4.0 all you need to do is find the heroic mission terminals found on both faction’s fleets and at the final location of Chapter 9 of KotFE. Scroll down through the missions and select the planet or even the particular heroic mission and accept the mission or missions. Next is one of the best features is the instant Quick Travel to each heroic. All you need to do is click the transport icon located at the end of the name for each heroic on your on screen mission log. The transport will place you at the beginning of the heroic mission
allowing you and your group to jump right into the action.
Next the rewards are given in an instant pop-up upon completion of the heroic. No more trying to find the NPC or terminal where you picked-up the mission. Quick travel to heroic, complete mission, collect the rewards and then click on next quick travel icon for the next heroic or maybe you are ready to jump back into the story or any number of other gameplay features. New Planetary Heroic mission are fun way to quest with friends and get some XP plus loot. Yes, some of the loot will be valuable for some of the new story content in regards to companions especially with their influence through gifts and a few other things.
